NeuroVision AI is a Chrome extension that provides visual accessibility and readability tools, including:
Webpage DOM, text, and input content needed for Smart Mode, themes/readability, field visibility, and Catch Words is processed locally in your browser on your device.
That website/page content is not transmitted to SimplyAI’s NeuroVision billing backend, Render, Supabase, Polar, or Resend for visual processing or keyword matching.
Local processing does not remove the need to disclose, in the Chrome Web Store, that the extension can access website content and related categories when those features run on pages you visit.

NeuroVision AI / SimplyAI does not store full credit or debit card numbers. Payment card details are handled by Polar during checkout and payment processing according to Polar’s own terms and privacy practices. Polar receives only the account, billing, and payment information required for checkout, subscription, and payment processing. NeuroVision AI does not send webpage visual contents to Polar.

These services are used for account, authentication email delivery, entitlement, and billing operations. They do not receive webpage content used by Smart Mode or Catch Words for local visual or keyword processing.
Account and billing data is shared only where necessary to authenticate users, deliver verification emails, validate trials and licenses, provide subscription services, process billing, operate the disclosed service, and satisfy security or legal obligations. Limited account/email information may be transferred to service providers such as Supabase and Resend when necessary to authenticate users and deliver verification-code (OTP) emails. Billing and checkout information may be transferred to Polar as needed to process subscriptions and payments.
Local webpage content used for visual processing (including Smart Mode and Catch Words) is not transmitted to the billing or email backend.
SimplyAI does not sell user data. User data is not used for personalized advertising.
To request data or account deletion, contact support@simplyaiapp.com. Requests are handled subject to legally required billing and financial retention.
You may cancel a subscription through the in-extension Manage subscription control or the Polar customer portal where available. Canceling future renewal generally schedules cancellation according to the current subscription period and does not necessarily revoke access immediately.
Account and billing data transmitted to production services uses HTTPS/TLS. SimplyAI does not publish Polar access tokens, webhook secrets, Supabase service-role keys, JWT secrets, or other private credentials in the extension package or this policy page.
