NeuroVision AI is a Chrome extension for visual accessibility and readability. It helps you adjust how websites look, including Smart Dark Mode, text clarity, and form field emphasis, and can alert you when words you choose appear on a page. These features work in your browser on your device.
This extension is not sold as a cloud AI assistant, does not send your full page contents to NeuroVision servers for those core features, and is not intended to sell personal data.
When you use NeuroVision AI on a website, the extension may need to read enough of the page to:
The extension stores your preferences in Chrome’s local extension storage (chrome.storage.local), including:
Import and export of settings happen only when you explicitly use those actions in the extension UI.
Core visual and keyword-alert features are designed to work without sending page content to NeuroVision or to a custom backend for processing.
Normal browser operations still apply. For example, Chrome may contact Google for extension updates through the Chrome Web Store, and websites you visit load their own resources as usual.
This release does not include built-in user accounts, cloud sign-in, in-extension payments, or Firebase/Stripe integration. If the publisher adds such features in a future version, this policy must be updated and the Chrome Web Store listing must match what the product actually does.
The extension is not directed at children under 13. If you are a parent or guardian and believe a child has used the product in a way that concerns you, contact the support email above.
The publisher may update this policy when the product, legal requirements, or practices change. Material changes should be reflected in the Chrome Web Store listing when required.
